Fernando Contiero & Fernanda Juc

With a young, creative, and contemporary style, we, Fernanda Juc and Fernando Contiero, combined our experiences acquired in respected architecture firms, with our education and training in architecture, interior design and product design, respectively, to create Arquitetura173.

Our work is multidisciplinary which is highlighted during the development of projects in different areas: residential, commercial and corporate architecture. From the executive drawings of a building architecture to the details of construction and execution of woodwork or furniture, a comprehensive approach is the premise of each project in order to meet the specific needs of our clients.

We draw inspiration from nature and its organic forms, like Frank Lloyd Wright, while seeking to synthesize projects, like Paulo Mendes da Rocha. Renzo Piano’s concern for the small details shows us the importance and responsibility we have in our hands. We truly recognize our privilege in being compatriots of Niermeyer.
